To help us respond efficiently, include the product name, app version, device model, operating-system version, and a clear description of the issue. Screenshots are helpful, but please remove or obscure personal, financial, military, customer, contact, or other sensitive information unless it is necessary to resolve the request.

Purchases and restoration

Purchases are processed by the marketplace where you obtained the app. Langsys LLC does not receive your complete card or bank details. Purchase availability, billing, refunds, family sharing, and restoration are governed by the marketplace and the product type shown before purchase.

If an eligible prior purchase is not recognized, first confirm that the device is signed in to the same marketplace account used for the original purchase, then use the app’s restore-purchases control when one is provided.

Privacy policy

Scope

This policy applies to MakerMerge, Military Net Pay, and this website. A product may display additional disclosures for features unique to that app. If a specific disclosure conflicts with this general policy, the more specific disclosure controls for that feature.

Information you enter or create

MakerMerge may contain user-supplied templates, order records, text, image references, validation results, project history, and generated files. MakerMerge keeps templates, projects, validation, and file generation on your device.

In Military Net Pay, you may enter settings and informational pay-planning inputs such as rank, years of service, duty location, allowances, deductions, and related calculation selections. This information is used to provide the estimates you request.

Langsys LLC does not operate a server that automatically receives information entered into these apps unless an app clearly discloses a network-based feature before you use it.

How information may leave your device

• User-directed sharing, exports, and manual backups: When you use a share, export, print, email, save, backup, or feedback feature, the operating system and the destination service you choose handle the resulting data under their own terms and privacy policies.
• Device and cloud backups: App data may be included in device backups or cloud-sync services according to your operating-system and account settings.
• Marketplace services: The marketplace where you obtained an app may process downloads, purchases, restoration, refunds, and related transaction information. An app may receive limited purchase-status or transaction information needed to unlock features.
• Diagnostics: Your platform provider may give developers aggregated or device diagnostics when you enable the applicable sharing setting. The availability and contents of those reports are controlled by the platform provider and your settings.
• Support: If you contact us, we receive the address, message, attachments, and other information you intentionally send.

Advertising, analytics, and tracking

Langsys apps are not designed to sell personal information, build advertising profiles, or track users across other companies’ apps and websites. Unless a store listing or in-app notice states otherwise, the apps do not include third-party advertising or behavioral-analytics SDKs.

This website does not intentionally set advertising cookies or use a Langsys-operated analytics account. Our hosting and network providers may process basic request information, such as IP address, browser type, date and time, and security events, to deliver and protect the site under their own privacy terms.

Retention and deletion

You control locally stored app information. Where an app provides settings or saved-data deletion, you can remove that information inside the app. Deleting the app generally removes its locally stored data from that device. Copies may remain in device backups, exported files, shared destinations, printouts, or third-party services until you delete them there.

Support correspondence is retained only as reasonably needed to answer the request, maintain business records, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations. To request deletion of support correspondence, email admin@langsyslab.com with enough information to identify the messages.

Security

Locally stored app information is protected by the operating system’s application sandbox and the security controls you use on your device. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures for information under our control. No device, storage method, transmission, or online service can be guaranteed completely secure. Protect your device, backups, exported files, and marketplace account, especially when an app contains customer, financial, military, or other sensitive information.

Children’s privacy

Langsys apps are business, productivity, and informational tools and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the apps. If you believe a child has sent personal information to support, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Policy changes

We may update this policy as products, platform requirements, or laws change. The current version and effective date will be posted on this page. Material changes may also be disclosed in the applicable app or store listing.

MakerMerge applies user-supplied data and assets to user-created templates and produces production-reference files. Users are responsible for reviewing spelling, customer instructions, intellectual-property rights, font licensing, dimensions, colors, material suitability, and equipment compatibility before production.

Military Net Pay

Military Net Pay is an informational planning tool. Outputs depend on the information supplied by the user and may contain errors or become outdated. You are responsible for reviewing military pay estimates and related outputs before relying on, sharing, or using them.

Military Net Pay outputs are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, or other licensed professional advice. Langsys LLC does not verify official pay entitlements, personnel records, tax treatment, regulations, policies, or third-party information.

Military Net Pay is an independently published informational tool. Langsys LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the U.S. Department of Defense, any military branch, or another government agency. Users should verify official pay, allowance, personnel, and policy information with authoritative government sources.

To the extent permitted by law, Langsys apps and this website are provided without guarantees that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Nothing on this page limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
