Langsys applications

Product availability and features vary by platform, country, app version, and purchase status. Future applications published by Langsys LLC are also covered by the general support and privacy terms on this page unless an app provides a more specific notice.

For assistance, feature questions, accessibility concerns, purchase issues, or privacy requests, email admin@langsyslab.com.

To help us respond efficiently, include the app name, app version, device model, operating-system version, and a clear description of the issue. Screenshots are helpful, but please remove or obscure client, financial, military, contact, or other sensitive information unless it is necessary to resolve the request.

Purchases and restoration

Purchases are processed by the applicable app marketplace, such as Apple’s App Store or Google Play. Langsys LLC does not receive your complete card or bank details. Purchase availability, billing, refunds, family sharing, and restoration are governed by the marketplace and the product type shown before purchase.

If an eligible prior purchase is not recognized, first confirm that the device is signed in to the same marketplace account used for the original purchase, then use the app’s restore-purchases control when one is provided.

Privacy policy

Scope

This policy applies to Langsys LLC applications and this website. Individual apps may display additional disclosures for features unique to that app. If a specific disclosure conflicts with this general policy, the more specific disclosure controls for that feature.

Information you enter or create

Depending on the app, you may enter or create settings, calculation inputs, project details, estimates, notes, client or venue information, pasted or imported lists, contact details you select, images, design records, and generated documents. This information is used to provide the functions you request.

Langsys apps are generally designed to keep this content locally on your device. Langsys LLC does not operate a server that automatically receives the content you create in these apps unless an app clearly discloses a network-based feature before you use it.

ListPress data

ListPress processes pasted text, imported CSV files, manually entered records, selected contact details, layout settings, and generated PDFs on your device. Contact selection is optional and user controlled. ListPress does not require a Langsys account or use a Langsys-operated cloud service. Information leaves the app only when you choose an action such as Save to Files, Share, Print, back up, contact support, or complete an App Store purchase or restoration.

How information may leave your device

• User-directed sharing and exports: When you use a share, export, print, email, save, or feedback feature, the operating system and the destination service you choose handle the resulting data under their own terms and privacy policies.
• Device and cloud backups: App data may be included in device backups or cloud-sync services according to your operating-system and account settings.
• Marketplace services: Apple, Google, or another marketplace may process downloads, purchases, restoration, refunds, and related transaction information. The app may receive limited purchase-status or transaction information needed to unlock features.
• Diagnostics: Your platform provider may give developers aggregated or device diagnostics when you enable the applicable sharing setting. The availability and contents of those reports are controlled by the platform provider and your settings.
• Support: If you contact us, we receive the address, message, attachments, and other information you intentionally send.

Advertising, analytics, and tracking

Current Langsys apps are not designed to sell personal information, build advertising profiles, or track users across other companies’ apps and websites. Unless an app’s store listing or in-app notice states otherwise, the app does not include third-party advertising or behavioral-analytics SDKs.

This website does not intentionally set advertising cookies or use a Langsys-operated analytics account. Our hosting and network providers may process basic request information, such as IP address, browser type, date and time, and security events, to deliver and protect the site under their own privacy terms.

Retention and deletion

You control locally stored app content. Where an app provides project, record, image, or settings deletion, you can remove that content inside the app. Deleting the app generally removes its locally stored data from that device. Copies may remain in device backups, exported files, shared destinations, printouts, or third-party services until you delete them from those locations.

Support correspondence is retained only as reasonably needed to answer the request, maintain business records, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations. To request deletion of support correspondence, email admin@langsyslab.com with enough information to identify the messages.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures for information under our control. No device, storage method, transmission, or online service can be guaranteed completely secure. Protect your device, backups, exported files, and marketplace account, especially when an app contains client, project, financial, or other sensitive information.

Children’s privacy

Langsys applications are intended as general productivity and informational tools and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the apps. If you believe a child has sent personal information to support, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Policy changes

We may update this policy as products, platform requirements, or laws change. The current version and effective date will be posted on this page. Material app-specific changes may also be disclosed in the applicable app or store listing.

Important limitations

Terms and disclaimers

Langsys applications are productivity and informational tools. Outputs depend on the information supplied by the user and may contain errors or become outdated. You are responsible for reviewing calculations, estimates, briefs, proposals, project documents, and other outputs before relying on, sharing, or using them.

Unless an app expressly states otherwise, outputs are not legal, tax, accounting, engineering, architectural, medical, or other licensed professional advice. Langsys LLC does not verify identities, availability, site conditions, measurements, pricing, taxes, venue requirements, regulations, contract terms, or third-party performance.

ListPress printing

ListPress does not verify addresses, postal eligibility, postage, carrier requirements, customs information, taxes, barcode standards, printer compatibility, or compatibility with any label or paper product. You are responsible for reviewing source data, spelling, record completeness, field mapping, quantities, page geometry, and every final PDF before use. Physical output can vary because of printer hardware, drivers, operating-system print settings, scaling, paper feed, and stock tolerances. Use a calibration page and a plain-paper test before printing on specialty stock.

Military-related applications are independently published informational tools. Langsys LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the U.S. Department of Defense, any military branch, or another government agency. Users should verify official pay, allowance, personnel, and policy information with authoritative government sources.

To the extent permitted by law, the apps and website are provided without guarantees that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Nothing on this page limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
